This knife has a nice weight to it, not too heavy but feels solid in hand. The handle has a smooth finish that’s comfortable to grip while cutting. It’s a simple, well-made piece that fits perfectly with the rest of my flatware.

The serrated edge cut through my ribeye like butter—no sawing motion needed at all. The handle has a nice, solid feel that makes it seem much pricier than it is.
